From the launch of the Twin Towers, now called the TT, Pathos acoustics’ designs are sought after my enthusiasts and all share Pathos’s  unconventional approach that results in  musical and beautiful to look at pieces.

The most accessible Pathos product is completely new today. The Classic One project was initially developed and promoted with the aim of making “all Pathos quality available at a budget price”.

As the thousands of specimens sold all over the world testify, this concept has been well understood and appreciated by audiophiles.

The review of the Classic One project was carried out in parallel with the development of the integrated Logos and therefore benefits from many of the design achievements achieved for this latest Pathos model

Presented during the edition of the Monaco High-End 2014, the new integrated amplifier of Pathos Acoustics was born from the desire of the Vicentina company to profoundly renew one of the greatest international successes in its history or the acclaimed and award-winning ClassicOne amplifier that will however remain in the its catalog. But in the act of thinking about the new ClassicRemix, the company became aware that renewal could not be separated from a new and more ambitious market positioning. In fact, the mission entrusted to ClassicRemix is to respond to the increasingly demanding expectations of the audiophile public and at the same time meet the attention of young people and those who are “simply” in love with music.

TECHNOLOGY AND DESIGN
The Pathos Laboratories have worked hard so that the new ClassicRemix has all the technology necessary to achieve the goal that the company had set itself with this device, namely: very high sound performances, excellent management of liquid music and listening to high quality with headphones.

Pathos Acoustics faithful to the spirit that has animated it since its inception has always been committed to the search for new solutions and the refinement of its music machines.

It is with this approach that Pathos after more than ten years from the introduction of the integrated amplifier Pathos Logos presents its MKII evolution.

Pathos does not usually introduce updated versions of its models except in the presence of substantial and significant innovations to be offered to its loyal customers and in general to all lovers of good music.

In fact, behind the usual original design, the new Logos MKII conceals the introduction of a series of new solutions, some designed to further improve the sound of the amplifier and others to meet the demand for versatility and practicality that a demanding clientele also demands. from a high-end appliance.

Pathos’ debut on the hi-fi stage has certainly not gone unnoticed: in a short time since its debut, the TT has earned a solid place in that limited number of products that contribute to writing the history of High Fidelity.

International audio critics welcomed the first Pathos product with covers, enthusiastic comments and numerous prestigious awards.

Listening to music played with a TT, anyone can perceive a substantial “difference” – compared to everything previously heard – in terms of musicality, transparency and absence of listening fatigue.

The reason why this difference can be clearly and immediately perceived is that the TT is different.

This difference has a name, INPOL®, the patented circuit all over the world which, according to critics, constitutes the most important innovation in the field of amplification in recent years.

InPol (INmplexer Linear POmpa) is a patented system by Pathos acoustics that has been very successful and has earned many awards.

The InPol devices have a sonic personality not otherwise obtainable thanks to
this particular circuitry, completely balanced in class A that uses a single solid state component in a tracker configuration, with a high current gain and a unitary voltage gain.

The valve amplifier amplifies the input signal voltage and InPol supplies the current for driving the speakers without further amplification; in this way the signal is conveyed by the valves and turns out to be a real copy of the original with all the original quality, purity and harmonic contents.

This technology allows to double the theoretical efficiency of the pure class A from 25% to 50% and to obtain a low output impedance, which is fundamental for the damping coefficient further improved by the double InPol.

High-quality audiophile headphones, something we all thought belonged to the 70s are now back.
Music fans all over the world are enriching their listening experience by getting rid of earphones and connecting high fidelity headphones to their digital players, and beyond.

With so much material available, it is a pity that there is the possibility of connecting them only to MP3 players, since almost all amps have not had jack sockets for decades.

Pathos laboratories have faced this new challenge by asking themselves: is it possible to compress all our excellent quality and technology in a few cubic centimetres? The result is the brand new Aurium headphone amplifier.
